Description:

Halouny Villa is a private family villa newly built in the village of Halouny, near Svinare, in a rural area about 30km from Prague. As per the wishes of the clients, emphasis was placed in the design on the preservation of their privacy as residents. At the same time, the house is filled with sunlight. The spacious terrace has become an outdoor room with 'walls' of wild wines, from which one can enjoy a magnificent view over the sprawling hills, the villages, and the forest.

The structure is made of steel, the construction and the facade are of wood, and the finish of the facades is of larch wood.
