With this project, the client wanted to renovate one of the last remaining towers of a set of towers that had been built in the 1960s in Vigneux-sur-Seine. The other towers had been demolished, but with this one, the idea was to reconstruct the first 9 floors as student accommodation, with the remaining floors functioning as normal housing with new floor plans. In front of the tower, a new structure would be built that would elevate the garden, and contain commercial units.
